Due to growth within Zurich Corporate Risk, we are seeking a Group Risk Proposition Consultant to join our Market Management team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities Consolidate proposition plans with stakeholder input, focusing on the flexible benefit sector. Support the development and management of a 3-year strategy and plans. Coordinate efforts to develop new or enhanced propositions/features. Develop business cases to evaluate benefits and support planning. Identify risks in proposition design and ensure compliance with policies. Contribute to competitive analysis and reconcile internal and external perspectives. Research data sources, analyze trends, and recommend design improvements. Review business models to support proposition development. Oversee implementation, systems configuration, and training. Manage third-party agreements and act as a subject matter expert. Ideal Candidate Profile Substantial experience in a technical group risk role, including flexible benefits. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., GR1, FPC, Project Management) preferred. Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Effective stakeholder management skills. Teamwork and self-management experience. Experience with intermediaries/customers is desirable.
