We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Manager from 1 September 2025 to provide classroom cover for short term absences delivering pre-planned lessons. This is a vital role at the Academy and will make a positive difference to the continuity of education for our students. This post will suit either those looking to build upon existing experience or who are considering a career in education/teaching and wish to gain valuable classroom experience. Many of our previous postholders have progressed to teaching careers.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Can deliver high quality cover lessons in which students can learn and make progress, using the cover work provided.
- Are a role model for high standards.
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Have a flexible and 'can-do' approach to work.
- Work both collaboratively and on their own initiative.
