Are you a passionate and experienced High Level Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team based in Hounslow, West London . The successful candidate will support high-quality teaching and learning across the school, delivering lessons under the guidance of teaching staff and supporting pupils to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities : Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities to individuals, groups, or whole classes as directed. Work closely with teachers to assess pupil progress and contribute to planning next steps. Support pupils with a range of needs, including those with SEND. Contribute to creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment. Provide feedback to pupils and support their social, emotional, and academic development. Essential Requirements: HLTA status or equivalent qualification. Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent) mandatory for High Level Teaching Asstant status. Proven experience working within a school environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable: Experience leading whole class teaching. Training in behaviour management strategies or specific interventions.
