The role places you side-by-side with senior client leaders, often at C-suite level, solving critical organisational challenges. Youβll typically work in small, high-calibre teams of 1β3 consultants, influencing major programmes across strategy, delivery, digital, operations, and leadership.
Role Highlights
As a Management Consultant, you will:
β Lead transformation from initial shaping through to execution
β Operate as a trusted advisor embedded within client leadership teams
β Deliver complex change across strategic, operational, digital, or organisational domains
β Thrive without sales targets, utilisation pressures, or rigid internal KPIs
β Help shape the firmβs culture, ways of working, and future direction
Requirements
β 6β12 years of consulting experience from a top-tier or respected boutique firm
β A track record of leading client engagements or substantial workstreams
β Strong emotional intelligence, humility, and relationship-building capability
β Curiosity and drive to solve complex, ambiguous challenges
β A desire to grow in an environment free from hierarchy β and to support othersβ growth too
