Job Description

I’m working with a highly respected consulting firm that puts leadership, integrity, and genuine collaboration at the heart of everything they do. Our client is known for their people-first, non-hierarchical model β€” a place where experienced consultants drive meaningful change without sales pressure, internal competition, or unnecessary bureaucracy. With thriving hubs in London and New York and an ownership structure that empowers everyone, you’ll work alongside seasoned peers and partners who truly prioritise doing the right thing for clients and colleagues alike.

Following sustained and thoughtful growth, they’re now looking to welcome experienced transformation consultants into their UK team. If you want to shape and deliver high-impact change across multiple industries, this is an exceptional environment in which to do it.

The role places you side-by-side with senior client leaders, often at C-suite level, solving critical organisational challenges. You’ll typically work in small, high-calibre teams of 1–3 consultants, influencing major programmes across strategy, delivery, digital, operations, and leadership.

Role Highlights

As a Management Consultant, you will:

– Lead transformation from initial shaping through to execution

– Operate as a trusted advisor embedded within client leadership teams

– Deliver complex change across strategic, operational, digital, or organisational domains

– Thrive without sales targets, utilisation pressures, or rigid internal KPIs

– Help shape the firm’s culture, ways of working, and future direction

Requirements

– 6–12 years of consulting experience from a top-tier or respected boutique firm

– A track record of leading client engagements or substantial workstreams

– Strong emotional intelligence, humility, and relationship-building capability

– Curiosity and drive to solve complex, ambiguous challenges

– A desire to grow in an environment free from hierarchy β€” and to support others’ growth too

What Makes This Special

– 30 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (including a Christmas shutdown)

– Private medical cover for you and your family

– 5 dedicated days annually for volunteering or personal development

– Flexible, personalised career paths β€” progress to Partner, remain a long-term Consultant, or transition client-side

– A warm, inclusive culture with social groups, charity partnerships, and annual overseas gatherings
