Quality Control Administrator Office-based at our Lane End Office Permanent, Part-time, Monday - Friday 25 hours 25 days annual leave (UK Bank Holidays), Pension scheme.

As a Quality Control Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out accurate data entry of completed production jobs within the QC Performance Management System, including fault and lost time data.
  • Create statistical reports associated with departmental performance metrics (KPI’s).
  • Assist with routine IT issues, initiating first contact with the IT department.
  • Support general administrative requirements for the QC Inspection team.
  • Manage all departmental purchasing requirements, including stationary, test equipment etc.
  • Manage the transaction of all stock material requests from QC.
  • Support the QC team to resolve missing or incorrect information within the workload management system.
  • Maintain & update, where applicable, the product standards database.

General requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience within an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing industry.
  • Co-ordinating with Suppliers & Customers (both internal & external).
  • Appreciation & awareness of ISO9001.
  • Awareness & exposure to calibration activities.
  • Analysing data and publishing statistical based reports.
