About the Role We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead our Isleworth team. You will be responsible for growing revenue, expanding market presence, and driving sales performance across the region. As a key member of the leadership team, you will focus on delivering business growth through the development of high-impact sales strategies and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to consistently meet and exceed KPIs
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across existing and new sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics and pricing
- Project manage and lead the tender and bid process, ensuring profitability and alignment with strategic goals
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
