Job title: Senior Teaching Fellow in Taiwan Studies Department: SOAS Centre of Taiwan Studies Contract Type: Fixed Term contractuntil September 2027 Grade: 7 Salary: £42,217.29- £49,381.29per annum inclusive of London Weighting. [ A bout the Role] The successful candidate will be expected to teach on the Centre’s existing postgraduate and undergraduate courses in Taiwan Studies. The modules that will be taught or co-taught will be: Culture and Society in Taiwan (Undergraduate and Postgraduate), New Taiwan Cinema and Beyond (Postgraduate), Taiwan and International Politics (Postgraduate), Taiwan\’s International and Cross-Strait Relations (Undergraduate). You will also take an active role in administering the Centre’s various Taiwan Studies projects. This will include organising seminars, contributing to the Centre’s website and social media, and helping facilitate the further development of its outreach activities.
