You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, human-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end design process for new and existing featuresConduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsDevelop and maintain our design system in collaboration with engineersAdvocate for design best practices and mentor junior designersBalance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced, agile environmentWhat We\’re Looking For5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in fintech or related fieldsStrong portfolio showcasing digital product design (web + mobile)Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesProficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design toolsExperience working within agile teams and collaborating with developersExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with design for secure and data-sensitive applications is a plus
