What You'll Do

As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our digital ecosystem. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, human-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design process for new and existing features
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Develop and maintain our design system in collaboration with engineers
  • Advocate for design best practices and mentor junior designers
  • Balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced, agile environment

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in fintech or related fields
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design (web + mobile)
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
  • Experience working within agile teams and collaborating with developers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with design for secure and data-sensitive applications is a plus
