Key Responsibilities for the Experienced HVAC Service Technician:

• Efficiently troubleshoot HVAC systems and provide clear, expert advice to customers on repair or replacement options.
• Recommend maintenance plans, upgrades, or replacement options based on system condition and customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and close service-related sales opportunities with professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a well-stocked truck and keep accurate inventory.
• Actively participate in training sessions and morning meetings.
• Submit accurate, timely invoices, timecards, feedback, and option sheets.

Qualifications for the Experienced HVAC Service Technician:

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional technical service while consistently driving high sales performance through expert product knowledge, customer rapport, and solution-oriented recommendations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and pride in your work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Availability for on-call rotation.
