You will deliver an effective housing advice and advocacy service to young people accessing our day centre in a fast-paced environment, maintaining and building a network of relationships with relevant external agencies and internal stakeholders. You should be experienced in carrying out needs assessments, identifying appropriate accommodation options, managing a case list of multiple clients with complex needs, and have a proven track record of progressing vulnerable people into stable accommodation.
