Are you an experienced Docking Specialist or Trademark/IP Administrator with Docking experience? If so, we would love to hear from you! We are recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious, global law firm clients who are looking for a Docking Specialist to join their busy team. This is a growth position which makes this a great opportunity to join a firm that is expanding and excelling in the legal market!
You will be working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30, paying a highly competitive salary up to £55,000 DOE! Attractive hybrid policy on offer too with 3 days in the office and 2 from home! This role is based in the City of London.
Duties include:
- Manage and maintain IP dockets
- Docket new application filings
- Advise lawyers and paralegals on any docket issues
- Assist with quality assurance of filings
- Update and manage docket system
- Other duties when required
Skills required:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years docketing experience in a law firm (essential)
- Knowledge of docket software
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Impeccable organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, hard working and motivated
