Are you a Psychology graduate passionate about supporting young peoples mental health?
A secondary school in Hounslow is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges.
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, youll work closely with the schools SEN and pastoral teams, supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis. This includes helping pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and confidence building.
Key responsibilities:

• Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs
• Assisting with wellbeing interventions and mentoring programmes
• Working alongside the SENDCo and external professionals
• Helping staff maintain a calm, structured learning environment

This role suits Psychology graduates interested in teaching, counselling, or clinical psychology.

• A minimum 2:1 BSc in Psychology from a UK university

• An interest in behaviour, mental health, or educational psychology
