Pulse has recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Quality & Audit Lead, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Chigwell, which is easily accessible via public transport.

About the role: As a Clinical Quality & Audit Lead, you will work in a 22-bed service delivering 24-hour nursing and therapy services, specialising in neuro-rehabilitation, tracheostomy, and ventilator care.

Your main responsibilities as a Clinical Quality & Audit Lead:

  • Conduct clinical audits to support service improvement, leading a Continuous Improvement plan aligned with CQC standards
  • Disseminate audit outcomes to influence clinical practice
  • Lead Continuous Improvement processes within the healthcare facility
  • Analyze clinical data and prepare reports for stakeholders
  • Motivate and lead the clinical services team, fostering clinical networking
  • Deliver education and training related to clinical audits

What we are looking for in a Clinical Quality & Audit Lead:

  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements (CQC)
  • Experience in clinical audit activities
  • Proven leadership skills within clinical teams
  • Registration with NMC or HCPC is desirable
