Reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy Analysis, you’ll drive business-critical decisions through demand forecasting, revenue modelling, and data-driven insights — all while supporting a collaborative and forward-thinking culture.What you\’ll be doing:Lead a team of analysts to forecast revenue, evaluate commercial performance, and develop long-term strategic plansDrive insight into customer behaviour, pricing, and commercial effectivenessOwn the commercial business planning cycle and submit key performance reports to the DfTPartner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Compliance to align strategy and performanceDefine the Commercial Department’s data and analytics approach to boost revenue and customer satisfactionDeputise for the Head of Commercial Strategy Analysis as requiredWhat we\’re looking for:Strong commercial experience within the rail industryProven expertise in revenue management, forecasting models, and business planningConfidence presenting insights and influencing decisions at senior levelsExperience managing and developing high-performing teamsExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skillsTools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL are a plus, as is familiarity with the PDFH
