We’re partnering with a leading multi-office accountancy practice to recruit a Company Secretary for their West Sussex office. This is a unique opportunity to lead a growing function in a firm known for its progressive outlook and commitment to technical excellence.
Key Duties
- Lead and mentor a team of two company secretarial professionals
- Deliver end-to-end company secretarial support across a broad client portfolio
- Advise on share restructures, EMI/EIS schemes, and governance matters
- Draft and amend Articles of Association
- Oversee digital and manual filings via Inform Direct and Companies House
