• Sage Accounting experience
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or CGA) is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently / self motivated / requires minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Accounts Receivable
• Preparing cheques for Accounts/Payable
• Posting monthly utilities bills
• Petty Cash Fund
• Balancing & posting monthly visas
• Preparing Bank Deposits
• Balancing & Posting Union Dues and Benefits
• Tracking in Excel Monthly Pension Contributions
• Preparing Statutory Declarations / Form 1000 / Notice of Project Forms
• Bank Reconciliations
• Year End Accounting Procedures
• Preparing T4’s and T4A Summary
• Matching Incoming Purchase Orders with the Jobs
• Filling out Credit Applications for new suppliers
• Ordering office supplies
