Management Accountant
Reporting to the CEO, the Management Accountant will play a key role in producing accurate and timely management reporting, supporting business decision‑making, improving financial processes, and contributing to performance analysis across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong analytical skills, and enjoys working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments.

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
- Produce insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
- Monitor financial performance against KPIs and business targets
- Support statutory audit and external financial reporting processes
- Review, refine, and optimise internal reporting tools and dashboards
- Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
- Assist with cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and cost analysis
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or finalist with relevant experience
- Previous experience within a Management Accountant role
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Ability to analyse data and present information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
