Beach Baker is excited to partner with a renowned global property consultancy in the search for a talented Valuation Surveyor who will integrate well into the team, office, and wider business line.

Location: England, Bristol

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Benefits + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and assessments.
• Provide expert advice on property transactions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in surveying or related field.
• Professional qualification (MRICS or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
