As Relationship Fundraising Manager, you will play a key role in driving income growth by building meaningful, long-term relationships and delivering personalised stewardship to a wide range of audiences. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help raise the profile of Llamau across Wales, increasing awareness of our vital services and the life-changing impact they have on young people and women facing homelessness.

At Llamau we believe that no young person or vulnerable woman should ever have to experience homelessness. Our mission is to eradicate homelessness for young people and vulnerable women. But for thousands of the most vulnerable people in Wales, homelessness is a frightening reality. 30 years ago Llamau was founded to provide homeless teenagers with a safe place to stay. Since then, we have supported over 67,000 young people, women and their children who are either homeless or facing homelessness. Many people think the job of a homelessness charity will be to provide accommodation - a safe place to stay. But it is very clear to us that for most people who are facing homelessness, their problems are far more complex than a lack of permanent shelter. That’s why we treat everyone who needs our support as an individual. We recognise their unique strengths and needs and make sure that they are supported to rebuild their futures.
