A City Law Firm are looking for an Events Executive to join their dynamic BD and Marketing Team. London based, hybrid working.
A successful and established law firm are looking for an Events Executive to join their high performing and dynamic team. The events team have a senior events manager, events manager, and events assistant.
This role will be responsible for executing numerous online and in-person events, and the successful candidate must have exceptional project management abilities, a proactive approach and be a team player.
The key duties of this role will include:
• Leading on end-end events from planning up to post-event analysis
• Produce event materials and working with the in-house design team
• Communicating post-event analysis with relevant BD teams
• Reviewing and negotiating event contracts
The successful candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate events, with experience working in professional services. You must be an excellent communicator and be confident in front of stakeholders.
