They are looking for someone to be the driving force behind a high-impact internal CRM and Loan Management platform, helping a growing finance and property investment group scale fast and smart. They are a private group operating in the real estate finance and investment space, delivering specialist lending solutions across the UK and Ireland. With a strong foundation in property finance, they are now doubling down on technology as a growth enabler—and they are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to take full ownership of their core platform.
You will be working on:
- Take the lead on a bespoke CRM/Loan Management System, currently in final handover from a third-party vendor.
- Support and enhance the live system, helping to define and deliver phase 2 alongside a dedicated Project Manager.
- Build scalable, full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and REST APIs.
- Work with MySQL for schema design, performance tuning, and data analysis.
- Manage deployments and build automation with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate across departments to improve internal processes and support the scaling of our loan operations.
Requirements:
- Experience developing backend systems in Node.js or Python.
- Strong grasp of REST API design and integration.
- Expertise in MySQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in front-end development using a modern JS framework.
- Comfortable with GitHub workflows, version control, and collaborative coding.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Experience working in agile teams using tools like Jira or Trello.
- Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
Bonus: Experience with Azure Container Services.
