URBAN REVIVO is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving sales, optimising store operations, and leading a dynamic team. Reporting to the Store Manager (SM), you will be responsible for managing product performance, overseeing stock, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key partner in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring our store reflects the URBAN REVIVO brand identity. Key Responsibilities:- Sales & KPI Achievement: Support the Store Manager in driving store performance by monitoring key KPIs, analysing sales trends, and executing action plans to maximise profitability.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver consistently high service standards. Provide ongoing feedback, manage daily operations, and help build a strong, performance-driven culture.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, health and safety compliance, and loss prevention.
- Stock & Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards and efficient stock control. Work closely with the team to ensure products are well-presented, replenished, and aligned with commercial priorities.
- Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first culture by leading by example on the shop floor and resolving customer queries with confidence and professionalism.
- Passion for fashion retail and an understanding of current industry trends
