📈 Your Role:

You will begin as a Marketing Executive, but this role comes with a plan to launch you into a VP of Marketing position after you’ve learned the ropes!

Phase 1 – Being a top-tier SEO Marketing Executive:

• ✍️ Write engaging newsletters & blog content.
• 🧪 Run SEO and CRO experiments (A/B tests, landing pages).
• 🌐 Manage website updates and branding projects.
• 🤝 Collaborate across teams (designers, devs, outreach).
• 🎓 Absorb strategy and insights directly from our CMO.

Phase 2 – Your transformation into VP of Marketing:

• 🎬 Launch video strategies and branded content.
• 🎙️ Lead podcast creation and management.
• 📧 Optimize email funnels and engagement campaigns.
• 🔗 Craft innovative link-building strategies.
• 🛠️ Spearhead WordPress experiments and growth initiatives.
• 🏆 Compete (and win!) against top-tier marketing agencies.

• You know SEO like the back of your hand.
• You can write top-quality content with, or without, AI assistance.
• AI and automation are key tools in your toolkit. You know how to speed up the boring stuff.
