Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. is a national franchise organization that provides property damage emergency services, restoration, and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm and other disasters. The Paul Davis Network is made up of more than 340 franchises and Company Owned Operations across the US and Canada. Since 1966, we have helped more than 2 million property owners restore their properties and lives.
Location: The location can be based out of one of our three offices: Boston Metro (North Attleboro and Worcester) or in New Hampshire (Portsmouth). This is a sales position and the candidate is not expected to be in the office every day as he/she will be on the road visiting prospective clients.
Responsibilities: The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a commercial sales position that will prospect and build new account relationships while growing and maintaining the existing account base. The BDM will be responsible for generating new business and cultivating relationships within targeted commercial verticals. This individual will focus on securing partnerships with property managers, facilities directors, and decision-makers in industries such as:
- Real Estate & Property Management (commercial office buildings, apartments, condo complexes)
- Hospitality (hotels, resorts, conference centers)
- Healthcare (hospitals, clinics, assisted living facilities)
- Education (schools, universities, daycares)
- Retail (shopping centers, large retail chains, grocery stores)
- Manufacturing & Industrial Facilities
- Municipal and Government Properties
- General Contractors
- Other Commercial verticals
This role requires a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual who is able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial sales and an understanding of the disaster restoration industry. The position will report to the Director of Commercial Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries and acquire new business opportunities
- Conduct regular business development activities, including cold calls, networking events, and attending trade shows.
- Deliver presentations to potential clients about our restoration services and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM (Luxor CRM) and provide regular reporting to management.

Compensation: Base Salary between 65k-90k + commission
