Commis Chef – London Trainee/Commis Chef Pay – 13.15 per hour ( 23,933 per year for a 35 hour week) 10.70 per hour for under 18s Plus up to 6,800 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last years earnings), giving total potential earnings of 30733 per year.
