The construction department is responsible for delivering quality housing within budget and time constraints, ensuring safety compliance and customer satisfaction. Key Duties / Responsibilities Adhere to the company\’s build policies and procedures. Assist the Site Manager in supervising subcontractors and trades. Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries to ensure efficient build processes. Schedule works to meet production targets and quality standards. Ensure correct working methods and safety practices are followed. Complete relevant health, safety, and environmental documentation regularly. Maintain high customer care standards through liaising with sales and customers. Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold the company\’s reputation. Working Relationships Internal: Colleagues, Health & Safety department. External: Subcontractors, suppliers, utility providers, NHBC, Local Authority Building Control, HSE, purchasers. Qualifications: HNC/HND. Experience: Similar role within the house building industry. Knowledge and Skills: Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety and building legislation. Ability to deliver projects on time and target. Personal Attributes: Highly motivated and resilient.
