Job Summary Job Ref: L1387 Post Title: Payroll Administrator – Permanent Department: People Team Reports to: Payroll Advisor Location: Head Office Rate of Pay: £27, 590.16 – £29, 417.96 (pro-rata) Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible) Closing date: 13/06/2025 Job Purpose With payroll administration as your primary role, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely administrative tasks to ensure the smooth processing of payroll information. You will also provide administrative support for the wider People team including ensuring databases are up to date in line with company regulations and working as the first point of contact for all people and payroll related queries. Additional Information All posts within KA Leisure are subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003 as amended or the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Regulated Work with Children/Protected Adults: Where work is considered regulated work with children and/or protected adults, it is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children and/or protected adults. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by KA Leisure.
