This role will primarily handle property dispute matters, both commercial and residential, managing a diverse case load. Commercial cases include: dilapidations, business lease renewals (opposed/non-opposed), service charge disputes, rights of light disputes, rent reviews, break disputes, easements/restrictive covenants, tenant insolvency, rent arrears/forfeiture proceedings, squatters proceedings. Residential cases include: possession proceedings, disrepair cases, service charge disputes, rent arrears, flooding claims.
