About the role: As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We offer opportunities to learn and develop your skills to build your career in Little Pioneers nurseries. Offering flexible and part-time work between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
  • Supporting the education and development of key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met.

Who are we looking for?

  • A candidate with full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • An Enhanced DBS check (costs covered).
