We are searching for a Senior Food & Beverage Team Leader who can support our Deputy & Assistant Manager\’s in our busy Inn.
Your day to day;
- To lead and supervise front of house team across all areas, including the bar, lounge, restaurant and terrace to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
- To oversee the full-service cycle and guest journey
- Work closely with the assistant managers to coordinate the daily operations.
- To provide the kitchen team with guest pre orders.
- Provide ongoing training and support throughout your shift ensuring team members are knowledgeable about their role and are able to uphold brand standards.
- Ensure guest expectations are met and addressing any guest complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events.
- Engage with guests regularly gathering feedback and making sure all needs are met.
- Provide the team with performance feedback when required.
Who are we looking for?
You will need to be passionate about delivering a high standard of guest service and proactive to ensure the smooth running of your department and the team under you.
Senior Food and Beverage Team Leader is a hands-on role so you will need to be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment staying calm when under pressure whilst leading a team.
We need someone with previous experience of working within a busy, food-led operation. Proven experience of leading a team or management experience is essential preferably in a hospitality, food and beverage or guest service environment.
You will have strong interpersonal skills, able to connect and motivate the team to keep an upbeat and harmonious environment. Experience of handling guest complaints and operational challenges is desireable. You will have a solid background in customer service, delivering a high standard of service to exceed expectations
