Petroassist UK Ltd. is part of the Petrotec Group. We are a nationwide sales, service and installation business, selling and maintaining a range of forecourt equipment including Pumps, Payment Terminals, Tank Gauges and other ancillary equipment.
Position Summary
This position is an opportunity for an experienced pipefitter who has fuel industry knowledge with a sound knowledge of pipework, pipefittings & fuel infrastructure requirements/specifications. The individual will have had several years’ experience of pipework installations on petrol fuel forecourts with a good acumen of the industry. This position will over an attractive salary. This position requires regular travel through the UK, working on projects from Monday to Friday.
Position Responsibilities
Undertake installation of Durapipe, UPP, KPS (single and double contained) and steel pipework.
Capable of working on full installations and testing of all pipework fills, vents, stage2 VR and suction pipework knock down re development and new builds.
Undertake installation of chamber systems including modulers and seal on Mono and Fibrelite chamber systems.
Undertake installation of fuel dispensers using forklift and mechanically connecting fuel pumps.
Undertake small works fuel infrastructure tasks, this could include over fill prevention valve swap outs, line testing clearing fuel lines, repair to fuel lines, probe replacements, fill cap and adaptor replacement, joint visits with tanker delivery to pin point delivery issues. Working in confined spaces i.e. tank chambers

CSCS (training can be provided)
UKPIA (training can be provided)
Confined Space Training (training can be provided)
Forklift Certificate (training can be provided)
Health and Safety qualification (training can be provided)
