Reporting to the SHEA Manager, you’ll provide specialist environmental advice, ensure compliance with legislation, and champion sustainable practices across design and delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical environmental support and review project documentationPromote and implement sustainable construction practicesEngage with regulators and external stakeholders on environmental mattersContribute to pre-construction planning and risk assessmentsMonitor changes in environmental legislation and support compliance across teamsManage environmental non-conformances and support internal reviewsRepresent the organisation in environmental working groups and forumsSupport alignment with the Alliance Management System (AMS)About YouDegree in an environmental or related disciplineProven experience in environmental management within construction or infrastructureBroad understanding of environmental areas, such as:Contaminated land / Waste management / Ecology and archaeology / Soil testing / Carbon and sustainability / Social value and statutory nuisance / Incident investigationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience working in collaborative or framework environments
