Temp Station are excited to announce we are looking for another member of staff to join our team in either our Ashton Under Lyne branch or Normanton branch as a Central Compliance Consultant. This office deals with a very large turnover of agency staff and we are looking for someone to work on compliance for candidates and supporting our administrational back office procedures. The right candidate would be a driven individual looking to start a long-term career in a close-knit company with great opportunities to progress within the business.
Job role duties include but are not limited to:
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Working alongside members of the team in all offices within the company
- Developing a full understanding of all areas of the business, specialising in compliance and administrational duties
- Developing a basic understanding of all back office and administration processes
About the candidate:
- Friendly and approachable with a willingness to learn
- Computer literate
- Basic qualifications required (Maths & English)
- Previous knowledge of administration is preferred but not essential as training will be provided on the job
Working week is 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. This is an open-ended position. As you grow within the company, we will encourage you to develop your key strengths and progress to your fullest potential. Salary to be negotiated.
