Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our account management team. Our company collaborates with some of the biggest brands nationwide, utilizing our in-house, market-leading large format digital printing facility. We cater to diverse printing needs, delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities include: Managing client campaign briefing meetings and accurately interpreting briefs for both clients and internal stakeholders. Building and processing campaign elements using Excel and bespoke systems. Overseeing client campaigns through all stages: briefing, pre-press, production, logistics, and invoicing. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Maintaining a professional and composed demeanor when interacting with clients. Proactively identifying and cultivating new client relationships across departments. Recognizing and pursuing opportunities to promote our services and products. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Knowledge of large format printing, digital printing, Point of Purchase, or Outdoor Advertising industries. Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging with all organizational levels. Exceptional customer service ethic and relationship-building abilities.
