Global Benefits and Compensation Specialist Location: Kingston Upon Thames Contract: 12-month Fixed Term, 3 days in Office Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 depending on experience About the role: Our client is seeking a Benefits Specialist with some exposure to Compensation. The role involves delivering a first-in-class Employee Benefits Programme. Stakeholder management is crucial, requiring experience working with global brokers and understanding diverse ways of working. You will be the Subject Matter Expert in managing and defining a fair, equitable, and competitive total rewards and benefits package. Additionally, you will communicate employee benefits effectively and ensure employee engagement and understanding. Day-to-day responsibilities: Manage end-to-end country and regional benefit contract renewals. Build relationships with vendors and brokers to obtain contract usage data. Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations. Prepare and present reports on benefits usage, costs, and employee feedback to HR leadership. Manage Benefit Policies. Coordinate with renewal approvers and regional leadership on stakeholder management. Partner with the wider business and HR community to communicate key reward principles. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product offerings.
