I am currently looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for a leading IT Consultancy and Elite ServiceNow Partner.
Type: Permanent
Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Salary: £75,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver solutions for Customer Experience workflows including Field Service Management (FSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Customer Service Portals.
- Work with Technology and Employee Experience workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Workplace Service Delivery.
- Build modern, role-based user interfaces using Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., CRMs, HR platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Support data migration and ensure alignment across platforms.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in FSM and related workflows.
- Solid understanding of customer journeys and employee lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow tools such as Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
