The opportunity
At AJW Group, we’re leaders in global aviation support, and logistics is at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to join our fast-moving team, ensuring critical aircraft parts reach our customers around the world, exactly when they need them.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the end-to-end logistics process for time-critical shipments.
- Coordinating with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal teams to deliver on customer promises.
- Driving solutions for urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations, every second counts.
- Navigating customs, export controls, and compliance with confidence.
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring nothing gets missed.
- Solid experience in logistics — you know how to manage shipments, solve problems, and keep things moving.
- Aviation or aerospace background? Great!
- If you’ve dealt with aircraft parts or AOG logistics, you’ll hit the ground running.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of freight networks and a proven ability to deliver under pressure. A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
