As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take the lead on all specialist and senior hiring of colleagues into the Partnership. Using specialist hiring methodologies to reach out directly to the market, building specialist talent pools and advising the hiring community on specific routes to market. You will work closely with, and deputise for, the Talent Acquisition Manager. You’ll be responsible for leading by example and role modelling best practice in all things Talent Acquisition. Coaching the TA team on hiring best practice, you will take accountability for ensuring that we attract brilliant and talented people to help the business deliver its long-term strategy. To be successful you need to be an experienced, self-motivated and collaborative recruitment professional, who has experience managing vacancies from end to end. It is essential that you have experience working across multiple disciplines, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for providing an exemplary candidate experience and have excellent stakeholder management skills. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 2 days a week. The benefits: Salary – Up to £50,000 Pension scheme – contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5% Critical illness cover Death in service – 4x salary 27 days holiday + bank holidays, with the opportunity to buy up to an additional 10 days. Your responsibilities will include: Manage senior and specialist vacancies end-to-end, taking detailed briefings from hiring managers, sourcing high quality candidates, managing offers and delivering candidate feedback. Driving internal and direct candidate attraction at every opportunity with new ways of working and actively sourcing the market. Ensuring our internal stakeholders receive an exceptional service throughout the hiring process, one that adds genuine value. Challenging hiring managers where appropriate, to ensure service delivery outcomes are achieved. Delivering a memorable candidate experience at every touchpoint, regardless of outcome, acting as a true ambassador of the Openwork brand. Build and cultivate talent pools and a strong candidate network for the future, helping us shift to becoming a more proactive Talent Acquisition function. Support with a range of projects aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the Talent Acquisition function. These include activities related to employer brand & EVP, assessment & selection and the establishment of Early Talent programmes. Challenge existing processes and procedures, recommending improvements and driving them through to implementation. Work collaboratively across the wider People Team. What will you need to succeed? Demonstrable recruitment experience, ideally gained from agency and in-house. Experience recruiting senior individuals, managing the end-to-end process. Exemplary candidate management skills and a passion for candidate experience. Proven experience with direct hiring, utilising multiple candidate sourcing and attraction methods. Proficient in all areas of direct candidate attraction and search, assessment and selection. Financial Services recruitment experience would be an advantage. Competent user of different Applicant Tracking Systems. It is essential that you have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities and delivering to deadlines. Fantastic interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Positive, proactive, able to use your own judgement and initiative. Strong commercial awareness, up to date with emerging market trends in Talent Acquisition. Takes responsibility for delivering and achieving targets, with a natural customer focused approach.
