Location: Based in Nottingham, with travel around the East Midlands.
As an English & Maths Trainer, you will deliver Functional Skills training, improving career prospects and motivation for our learners. You will work with individuals and groups, utilising innovative teaching methods to help learners achieve nationally recognised qualifications and progress in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver English and Maths training from Entry Level to L2 and/or GCSE.
- Plan and deliver training tailored to individual learner needs.
- Support learners in setting and achieving realistic targets.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and attendance.
- Prepare innovative lesson plans and deliver engaging group activities.
- Liaise with employers, assessors, and other trainers to ensure learner motivation and success.
