This role offers an exciting opportunity for a technical expert to join a dynamic IT team within a large-scale enterprise environment. Responsibilities Serve as SME for Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and related Wintel technologies. Design, deploy, and maintain virtualisation solutions such as VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and Hyper-V. Lead incident resolution, capacity management, and performance tuning. Provide third-line support and manage escalations for complex infrastructure issues. Collaborate with security, architecture, and cloud teams to align infrastructure with organizational goals. Champion automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages. Maintain compliance with patching, backup, and disaster recovery procedures. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational guides. Required Skills Proven experience as Infrastructure Engineer or Wintel SME. Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft technologies. Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and related virtualization tools. Strong understanding of system hardening, compliance, and security. Scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and diagnostics. Knowledge of ITIL methodologies, especially incident and change management. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Preferred Experience Roles such as System Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Cloud Architect. Languages: English.
