£38,000-£42,000 Hybrid: Monday-Thursday Onsite 8am-5pm

Our client is looking for a highly organised and efficient Team Assistant to provide support for their Senior Partner Group. This role is for a prestigious private equity firm in Central London that has a diverse team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a passionate and dedicated team!

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide calendar and diary management support including arranging external meetings for partners and employees.
  • To coordinate and arrange internal meetings.
  • To organise conference calls.
  • To meet and greet clients and investors.
  • To undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required by the Senior Team.
  • General office duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc. as required.
  • Collate and print materials - Ensure any presentation requirements are tracked in internal systems with production team.
  • Ensure the team is always prepared for meetings and travel.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and multi-task with minimum level of error.
  • Significant experience of dealing with senior level Executives and their PAs.
  • Flexible attitude towards problem solving and dealing with issues whilst also being able to work to specific procedures or protocols.
