Our client is looking for a highly organised and efficient Team Assistant to provide support for their Senior Partner Group. This role is for a prestigious private equity firm in Central London that has a diverse team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a passionate and dedicated team!
Key Responsibilities:- To provide calendar and diary management support including arranging external meetings for partners and employees.
- To coordinate and arrange internal meetings.
- To organise conference calls.
- To meet and greet clients and investors.
- To undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required by the Senior Team.
- General office duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc. as required.
- Collate and print materials - Ensure any presentation requirements are tracked in internal systems with production team.
- Ensure the team is always prepared for meetings and travel.
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and multi-task with minimum level of error.
- Significant experience of dealing with senior level Executives and their PAs.
- Flexible attitude towards problem solving and dealing with issues whilst also being able to work to specific procedures or protocols.
