With deep expertise in service and system implementations within Accounting to Reporting (A2R) / Record to Report (R2R), you\’ll lead solution management across Client Performance projects, ensuring best practices are applied and continuously improved. Although this position is predominantly home-based, there will be national travel to client sites when required. What you\’ll be doing: Lead the design and delivery of business operations in A2R/ R2R. Ensure all systems, processes, and tools support client outcomes. Oversee smooth transitions from project delivery to business-as-usual operations. Collaborate with clients and partners to shape project scope, timelines, and outcomes. Drive solution design and business case development to support sales and new opportunities. Lead projects in complex, multi-partner environments with accountability for timelines and budgets. Apply effective governance, risk management, and reporting during project lifecycles. Champion processes, tools, and delivery methodologies across engagements. Conduct end-of-project reviews and support continuous improvement across teams. What you’ll bring: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of A2R or R2R processes. Experience leading change initiatives aligned with business goals. Ability to deliver process improvements or training solutions. Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
