Our social care services are rated GOOD overall by Ofsted, with leadership rated OUTSTANDING. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Centre of Excellence for Children\βs Services, focusing on systemic and restorative practices, and supporting our practitioners\β development. About the role We are recruiting two experienced Practitioners for our newly created Early Help SEND team. You will be caseholding as Lead Practitioner, writing qualitative assessments and family plans that provide targeted, family-led interventions. Your work will focus on building resilience in parents/carers and improving outcomes for children with disabilities or additional needs.
