About the Role We are looking for a passionate and creative UXUI Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in shaping web and mobile products by translating user needs into meaningful and delightful experiences. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and innovate in the design of user-centric digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate requirements gathering and user research to understand needs and goals. Define and drive the user experience design process, including user personas, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing. Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile development environment. Advocate for user-centered design principles and challenge assumptions to enhance usability. Develop UI mockups, low/high fidelity prototypes, and style guides. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data insights. Support pre-sales engagements by producing concept designs and presenting to customers. Mandatory Skills Proven experience in User Experience (UX) Design Preferred Skills Proficiency in UXUI prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Working knowledge of Agile and iterative development practices Qualifications and Experience Diploma or Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UXUI design for web or mobile applications Strong conceptual and visual design skills, with an excellent eye for detail Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks, etc. Solid understanding of usability and interaction design principles Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly to team and stakeholders Experience in Graphic Design, Information Architecture, A/B testing, and usability studies is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
