Job Title: Private Client Legal Secretary

Salary: £45,000

Location: Central London

Boutique law firm with an exceptional reputation is seeking an experienced private client secretary to join their team of renowned partners. It is essential that you have a minimum of one year’s experience as a private client secretary from another law firm to be considered.

Duties will include:

• Diary management for partners and fee-earners.
• Typing correspondence, creating documents / forms etc.
• Liaising with clients and third parties.
• Opening and closing of files.
• Updating client records; wills, deeds etc.
• Ad hoc projects.

Excellent IT and organisations skills are imperative, as is prior experience supporting fee-earners using audio dictation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a leading law firm in London servicing a high-net-worth clientele. Opportunity to work one day from home available.
