Group Payroll Manager

Job Opening: Group Payroll Manager We are seeking a skilled Group Payroll Manager to lead a team of 4 staff members, including 3 Payroll Administrators and 1 Assistant Payroll Manager. The role involves setting and reviewing KPIs, ensuring SLA adherence, and providing expert guidance and support to the payroll team and the wider group. This includes developing best practices, policies, and procedures. The Payroll Manager will oversee the smooth, efficient, and accurate operation of payroll for up to 2,500 employees across hotels, restaurants, and care homes, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain compliance with all company and regulatory requirements related to employee pay and benefits, and foster strong, trusting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
