Role Description: Are you business-oriented with great drive? Are you also motivated by creating long-lasting results? Then, the position as Product Manager Apprentice is the next step in your career. As a Product Manager Apprentice at Husqvarna, you will support the product management team in overseeing the lifecycle of our innovative products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with market trends. You will gain hands-on experience in the development, marketing, and positioning of products within our outdoor power equipment range, including robotic lawnmowers, chainsaws, and other garden care solutions. Responsibilities & Key Tasks: In your role as Product Manager Apprentice, you will secure a healthy growth of robotics and core product, our two focus product areas. You will do this by; Product Development & Strategy Support: Assist in gathering market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform product development strategies. Support from a product perspective with channel and industry development projects, including retail, ecommerce & golf & sports. Product Lifecycle Management: Help track the product development process from concept through to launch and eventual phase out, ensuring that all product milestones are met and timelines are adhered to. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on launch campaigns/Go to Market strategy – (Internal & external) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and central product teams to align product offerings with market needs and company goals. Supporting the running and administration of marketing and promotional campaigns for demand generation, whether price-driven or otherwise. Sales Support & Forecasting: Support in sales forecasting, inventory management, and ensuring product availability to meet customer demand. Become a supporting point of contact for product-related questions Marketing & Communications: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional strategies to drive product awareness and sales. Assist with supporting product-led events Customer & Market Insights: Collect and analyse customer feedback to guide product improvements and ensure that products meet consumer expectations. Reporting & Documentation: Assist in the preparation of product reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications: We believe that you have an interest in product management/marketing, preferably with a business-focused education. Furthermore, you should demonstrate a proactive attitude, taking initiative, and being responsible for the success of your assigned projects. Preferably, you are used to working with a wide scope, as the position demands both hands-on as well as an analytic approach. You have strong communication skills and can collaborate cross-functionally effectively. It is important that you are customer-focused, combined with a strong can-do attitude. The work we offer you will be varied and offer opportunities for development. Overnight stays and travel within the UK and Europe are part of this role. No previous product management experience required, but an interest in pursuing a career in product management is essential.
