IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Equipment Delivery Specialist with excellent customer service skills to support surgical equipment delivery in the East Midlands. The role involves coordinating logistics, ensuring timely delivery, managing inventory, and collaborating with hospital staff within a clinical setting. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, bonus, and a company van. A full driving license with no more than six minor points is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Clinical Theatre Staff for timely surgical kit deliveries.
- Manage urgent transfers of implants and instrument trays between hospitals.
- Reconcile borrowed implants and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Handle loan kits, resolve DNA issues, and support sterilization and packing processes.
- Support inventory audits and assist with out-of-date implant management.
- Deploy inventory for new business opportunities and occasionally support weekend logistics.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with good task prioritization.
