HVAC Site Supervision for Installation/ Commissioning of HVAC Systems required for Green Hydrogen project in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Support of the Site Manager in the monitoring of compliance with the project-specific document "HSE Program Site".
- Carrying out independent and regular inspections acc. to QA/QC, HSE, cost and schedule aspects in accordance with the project specifications and participation in further acceptance procedures, e.g. together with authorities, project management and client, LE construction site management and subcontractors.
- Inspection / acceptance of the work and preparation of acceptance reports for each construction phase, technical inspections.
- Evaluation and invoice verification.
- Preparation of technical progress reports and photo documentation.
- Support to monthly reports incl. HSE, progress, personnel, equipment and material resources, quality, provision of technical documents and problem details.
- Interface coordination, communication and coordination with other departments.
- Full-time presence on the construction site.
- Preparation of a technical Close-Out and Lessons-Learned Report for the technical part of the HVAC construction project.
