Are you an experienced electrician with a passion for safety and quality? We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Compliance Testing team at Paradigm Housing Group. This is your opportunity to help maintain the highest standards of electrical safety and compliance across our properties, ensuring our residents live in safe and well-maintained homes.
About the Role
As a key member of our Compliance Electrical Team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring 100% electrical compliance for all Paradigm properties. Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domestic properties.

Performing annual emergency lighting tests and other duties as required by the business.

Delivering a ‘first-time fix’ service, ensuring minimal disruption for our residents and providing outstanding customer care.

Extensive experience in domestic installations, periodic inspections, fault finding, servicing, repairs, and rewires.

A strong understanding of relevant legislation, including construction, building regulations, and health and safety.

Effective communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues.

A full, valid driving licence.
